Savills raised over £26 million at their July auction, but won’t be taking it easy over the course of the summer, with entries already being taken for their next auction in September.

Highlights of the sale included: a vacant detached house in London SE7 – arranged as four self-contained flats, it sold for £960,000, almost double its guide price of £500,000; a four bedroom, three bathroom house in St John’s Wood, London NW8, let at £96,200 per annum raised £1.9 million, £200,000 above its guide price; and a semi-detached house on the Isle of Dogs, London E14, was sold for £634,000 against a guide price of £575,000.

Despite the success of the auction, there are still some interesting properties available, including a vacant two bedroom flat in Chelsea, London SW10 available at £580,000 and a vacant two bedroom flat in Camden, London NW1 available at £415,000.

Savills next auction will take place at The Marriott, Grosvenor Square, London W1K 6JP on Monday 23 September 2019.
