The sale was no doubt helped by the stunning views the three bedroom house enjoys over one of the South West’s most beautiful stretches of coastline, as Sunset House sits overlooking Porthmeor Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. The money raised from the sale of the property, which was previously owned by the Devon & Cornwall Housing Group, will go towards local affordable housing.
